Clear amber color, small white head. Aroma is fruity, strong pear. Light bodied. Spicey English hoppyness in the front, then light caramel leading to bitterish finish. Reasonably taste for being 3.8%, but I am not the biggest fan of pear fruityness.

Clear amber color, steady off-white head. Aroma is grassy, a bit woody, malty. Light-bodied, somewhat watery. Front is light fruity, watermelon, pear. Then some English hoppyness in the aftertaste. Way too watery for my liking. BBE 02/2015 but maybe the best edge is gone?

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Hoppy aroma delivers an unuasual combination of fruity flavours: gooseberry, apricot, peach, cautious garlicky overtones. Taste is moderately sweet malty, fruity hoppy, notes of apricot, peach, some gooseberry, a peppery, spicy touch; grassy, slightly papery, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly flat and insipid mouthfeel, even though by all means at least averagely, yet ’backgroundish’ carbonated.

Bottle shared by Leighton. Clear dark orange to amber color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, hops, nicely some tropical fruits, a hint of spruce and pine, lightly bitter. Medium body and carbonation.

Bottle - Fruity tropical sweetness. Clear copper gold with a nice white head. Very light and fruity with a mellow bitterness throughout. Simple, but decent.

Bottle thanks to Leighton. Orange light amber colour with a thin lasting white head. Aroma is zesty lemon with some tobacco and earthy dirt. Flavour is semi sweet, biscuity malt and lemon. Palate isedium sweet, moderate carbonation. Decent.

Bottle shared during RBESG. Pours clear amber-gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has wood, leaves, orange rind, minerals. Light sweet, a bit astringent, with more minerals, crunchy leaves, toated pale malts. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with more leafy hops, bitter rind, dry malts, some further moderate teabag astringency. So so.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light and pretty dry, mild fine carbonation. Light dry malt. Good fresh orange and marmalade hops. Light hop spice. Finishes light and fairly bitter. Tasty, just a bit dry.
