On tap at Pacheco, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is quite fruity for an impie, lacking roast, and not really showcasing the coffee. Flavour is rather puzzling, bringing out some harsh phenolic character, some fruitiness, not much coffee, and barely any malt. Something went quite wrong here. Needs major work.

On tap at Pacheco, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is full of roasted malt upfront, some dusty dry cocoa powder, and light earthiness. Flavour has some roast, toasted bread, earthy bread crusts, and dusty dry cocoa powder. Decent malt base, though still a bit thin-bodied for a robust porter, and a little too powdery. It’s decent.

On tap at Pacheco, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, some estery notes, and a touch of fruitiness. Flavour is too estery, but still has some semblance of a rustic character. The yeast isn’t used properly—and the carb is much too low. Not well-executed but not disastrous.

On tap at Pacheco. Pours murky dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is mostly dark and fruity, a bit odd for a coffee stout. Flavour has a fruity and rubbery profile, no roast to speak of. I don't understand this one, how is it fruity? This does not work.

On tap at Pacheco. Pours clear gold with a white head. Saison yeast and some herbal grass on the nose. Flavour has somewhat timid saison yeast, caramel malts. It's okay, but too sweet; just not quite coming together.
