Keg at Pacheco Taproom, Mexico City. Cloudy yellow, small head. Grassy passionfruit aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and husky with passionfruit and papaya. Low bitterness.

A deep dark ipa with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark coffee, resinous hops, cereals, very nice. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light resinous notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at taproom.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at taproom.

A lightly hazed pinkish sour with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of tart berries and light berries. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of tart berries, light watermelon, light lactic notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

Dorada de espuma media y buen aspecto. Aroma bastante lupulado con predominio frutal (uva). Equilibrada en boca aunque algo áspera en el paso. Tono lupulado de base acaramelada.

Bottled. Clear golden, small head. Bready nose with pears and lychee. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready, pears and spi. Really bitter finish.

Pint at La Graciela, clear orange, frothy white head. Nose is standard, citrus pith, malt, straw, paper. Flavor follows with some black tea and crystal malt. Dry finish. Unspectacular. 6 3 6 3 12

Pretty nice West Coast style IPA. Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Grapefruit and pine like Oaxaca mountains. Bitter end. Bottle at el Deposito.

Hazy light tan. Thin head. Nice melony hop aroma with some kiwi notes. Moderate bitterness, light pale malts with a hint of biscuit, slight cantaloupe, and just a hint of phenolic character that shouldn’t be there. Nice APA.
