750 ml bottle, batch #436, as Harstad The Owl Edition - Mellabær, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Kvadrat. ABV is 5.5%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, huge white head. Wheaty aroma with notes of citrus, cloves and possibly also coriander seeds. Thin and citric mouthfeel. Citric flavour with notes of cloves and coriander.

200ml draught at Tromsø Mikrobryggeri. A covering white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, unclear golden body. Inviting aromas of peaches and citrus. Hop fruity taste with hints of orange and peaches, on a backbone of juicy oats. Late arriving fruity bitterness to the ending. Pretty decent. (Tromsø, 07.05.2025).

Bottle. Almost clear pale golden body with a diminishing white head. Mild aroma with citric fruit. Some citric fruit in flavor as well and hint of grain. It actually feels a bit like a dry hopped weak pilsner. Not very interesting and not particular god either.

Bottle. This is actually labeled Sommerøl 2018, but seems to be something completely different to previous ratings here. Body is unclear pale golden, almost yellow with a small, almost pink head. Not even close to dark golden or amber as described by others. Strange kind of fruity or maybe more like perfume in aroma. Flavor is harsh fruity, soap and hair shampoo – at least this is my association for this strange flavor. Not god at all, something wrong with bottle or batch?

Bottle. Clear pale golden body with a moderate sized tan head. Aroma is mild spicy with esters. Quite fresh and fruity flavor, some mild malt, wheat and spicy yeast. Medium body and average aftertaste. Decent saison.
