A hazy orange beer with a light orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of fruits and raspberries. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of oranges. The body is a bit thin.

Pours a solid black / dark brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma is mild, swwet with a touch of malts. Taste is much deeper. Great blend of coffee, chocolate, bittersweet, malts, and roastiness are present here. Nicely balanced from start to finish.

Dark black color with a medium brown head that mostly dissipates. Sweet roasted malt and bitter aroma. Lots of roasted malt, medium coffee, and light bittering.

Nice amber/red color with a decent lasting head. Taste is full of fruitiness, caramels, malts, citrus, and mild hoppiness. Lots of character in this brew, but it retains a evenly balanced flavor.

Dark brown pour with big bubbles. The nose is sweet, malty and yeasty. Fruits, both fresh and ripe, are evident. The flavor is filled with raisin and plum, brown sugar and orange. Juicy mouthfeel with a dry finish. A bit of pepper and spice linger. Nicely carbonated.

Clear orange - foxy; no head to speak of. Wyeast Belgian N° XYZ. God, did they use ALL the same one? Perfumed, orangezest, etc. I has to be Belgian, no? Liqueurish, gingerbread, even when not very sweet taste; orangezeste, very yeasty. Very cliché . Syrupy, burning MF, aftertaste becomes cake-like. Stereotypic, and not even very good. Too high fermentation temperatures?

Transparent light amber with a small white head. Malty-banana aroma and a spicy-malt and banana flavor with a hoppy aftertaste. A very tangy complex taste; one of the best Anderson Valley brewsthat I’ve had.

didn’t think there was anything complex about this beer and that was a strength. This is a straightfoward porter. Starting from the appealing appearance with its dark brown body and large, foamy head, to the chocolate, bitter aftertaste, this was a solid ale. Aroma of roasted malts and sweet caramel predominated. Flavors of malts and chocolate were most evident. Nice medium body and ample carbonation. Dry aftertaste.

On tap. Pours gold into a shaker. Grapefruit and pine aromas. Nice lacing. Tastes like is smells -- light grapefruit and pine. Lingering bitter finish.
