Taster at Drunkendog, Ciudad de México. Almost clear, red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, bacon, chocolate, earthy. FLAVOR- neutral to dry, moderately bitter, roasted, dark chocolate, peaty, earthy, nuts. Medium bodied. Good.

Super coffee and some roast. A little lime-like tang after the coffee wears out, but that may take a few hours realistically. Black pour with good head and lacing. Bitter finish with lasting coffee bean tang. Tap at drunkendog.

Keg at Fiebre de Malta Masaryk, Mexico City. Very dark brown, mid sized head. Aroma of tar and chocolate. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded, dense mouthfeel. Tarry salmiak and caramelly dark chocolate. A tad minerally. Resinous bitter finish.

A deep dark porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light licorice notes, alcohol warmth, light coffee, pleasant. In mouth, a nice fruity chocolate malt with light licorice, molasses, dark fruits, alcohol warmth, light mineral notes, very nice. On tap at Centenario 107.
