Can, 6.0%. Distinct chocolate aroma. Vinous notes, almost almondy. Black colour, seems clear. Big stable creamy light brown head. The flavour has a lot of chocolate. Perfumy with faint notes of tonka. Later dark chocolate bitterness. Not a pastry as such, but sweetish and perfumy. And nice.

Bottle, 10.3%. Sweet chocolate aroma. Black colour, looks oily. Very small dark brown head. The flavour is quite sweet. Jammy. Grassy and citrusy hops. Very long molasses and burnt sugar finish.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy dark tan head. Dark aroma of roast, malt, yeast, and dried fruit, with mild touches of caramel and liquorice. Bitter, roasty aftertaste with sweetish notes and lactose and caramel malt and estery and fruity touches. Intensely roasty aftertaste with notes of yeast. Warming alcohol presence. Good work.

Taste: Light sweet, fruity hops, chocolate, light roasty, light bitter. Palate: Medium body. Long roasty finish.

Merci Marek pour me faire mieux connaître les bières polonaises. Voici un Imperial Stout simplement plaisant et bien fait et qui, sans être tonitruante vous fera déjà passer un bon moment. Le visuel est sur un noir total sans effervescence no mousse. Le nez est robuste et plein sur des arômes classiques mais plaisants de moelleux au chocolat et café. En bouche, on retrouve ces arômes simples mais appréciables avec des arômes pleins sans toutefois que l'intensité soit exceptionnelle. La texture aurait toutefois mérité d'être légèrement densifiée et une petite astringence apparaît. Le sucre n'est cependant pas surdosé et l'alcool à 10,3 soutient pas la bière. Le final, bien que long perd toutefois en intensité. Un Imperial Stout solide.

Barwa purpurowa, zmętnione, piana różowa, średnio obfita, średnio trwała. W aromacie buraki, znikome cytrusy. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo buraków, nuty chmielowe znikome, znikoma też słodowość. Piwo jest gładkie, zdominowane przez buraka. Goryczka niska, wysycenie niskie do średniego, ciało w normie. Zbyt jednowymiarowe.
