500ml can. Pours the colour of fairly well hydrated piss with low carbonation. Aroma is rotting meat, paint thinners and abandoned mattresses. Taste has off apple juice and rotting meat to start. Chemical apple juice to finish.

Bottle at the Bridge Hotel, Buttermere. Pinky-red. Tastes of Ribena and strawberry with just a hint of proper cider company coming through. Unlike many of its peers it's not too sweet and it's reasonably drinkable; but I still don't see the point; if I wanted cider I'd drink cider, if I wanted fruit squash I'd have fruit squash. Mixing the two together makes something less than the sum of its parts.

50cl bottle @ the bull, Tampere. 6% as malvern gold. Poured golden in color, slight haze. Ripe apples, sugars, mild funky notes. Flavor has ripe apples, funk, sugars, earthy notes. Herbal thing as well.
