0,75l in Antwerp. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, cheesy, stone fruits, hay, oak, some walnuts. Very nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes funky, walnuts, stone fruits, peppery, earthy. Finishes lightly dry light to medium sour with notes of walnuts, stone fruits and earthy notes.very nice one, bit on the lactic notes

Bottle from 2023 Vermeersch release. Color: Lightly hazy golden, foamy white head. Aroma: Fruity gooseberry, quite sweetish for Lambics, some tartness, funky notes. Taste: Again quite sweetish for this style. Moderate sweet, light tartness. Rural funk. Gooseberry, citrus. Oak wood. Some hay. Medium body, below average carbonation. Still very young. Maybe too young. Ok overall, but not that interesting. Would be interesting to compare with a vintage one, but I think that will never have a chance to happen...

Bottle, directly from Vermeersch. Jan 2022. Color: Hazy golden, thin white head. Aroma: Tart, rhubarb, earthy, rural funk. Taste: Very smooth, earthy rhubarb, some hay, oak wood, rural funk. Moderate to over moderate tart, very light bitterness. Old hop. Medium body, low carbonation. Bit creamy mouthfeel. Quite easy drinkable. Nice but not that complex.

Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, grassy, wood, oak, stone fruits, peppery, leathery. finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of earthy, funky and pepper notes. very nice one.

750ml bottle split at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours unclear orange with a dissipating beige head. Light sour, dry, elderflower & wild blossom, floral, light funky. Medium body with low-ish carbonation. Delicious!

Flaska från Etre, 2022. Drucken blint jämte Fou Foune 22. Ganska enkelt att plocka ut FF. Mer fruktjuice-bomb. Marie en aning skarpare, mer beska/stram. Mycket aprikos men mer motstånd än FF.
