Pours a clear blonde, no real head. Scent is intense, pure peppers, rather herbal, nearly no lambic funk left. Taste is sharp, tart lambic up front, but the spices, the pure heat, take over the beer. Too intense for sure.

Pours a clear blonde, scent is herbal, but more balanced (though still extreme) than the III . Taste is very sharp, spiced, burning. Extremely overspiced, but an a way it is indeed better than the III version.

Pours clear blonde, no head. Insanely fruity aroma. Taste is intense, fruity, almost 'sweet' . Ephasis on the mandarines. Especially the sharp parts of the fruits (zesty) .

Pours unclear blonde, no head. Scent is full, bit buttery. Mild oak. Taste is full, intense tart, very mild buttery (much less than the aroma). Decent.

Pours a bit unclear, blonde. No head. Scent is full, pineapple, mild notes of vanilla remain, whilst pineapple fades towards the 'late scent' if that's a thing you can call out. taste is full, tart, too much pineapple to me, vanilla gets overpowered.

Pours clear blonde, small white head. Scent is full, typical cantillon funk and woody notes. Taste is full, perfectly carbonated. Dry, cantillon funk and oak remain the biggest characteristics of the beer.
