Pretty classic geueze, clean and maybe a bit light in body. Plenty of Brett funk, some citrusy lemony notes

Сено на аромат, небольшая кислинка, прям цитрусы их даже больше чем хлева. Цвет желтый. Вкус хороший, питкий но при этом очень кислый с сеном.

Весьма кислый ламбик. Есть цитрусы и как будто персики, сена не так много. На вкусе также, может немного ябочка еще. Легкая терпкость на финише.

Does EXACTLY what it says. Big earthy herbaceous rhubarb and Toni’s of elderflower. Nicely complex. I’m not sure if I would love to drink an entire bottle or am perfectly happy with the amount in tonight’s share.

Softer than 2022. Super easy drinking. Rounded with a lot of nectarine, but not much sharpness from it

SBS with the straight Lieve 2023. No elderflower here, it’s hidden by lots of stone fruit apricot sweetness. Not as complex, as the other, finish is a bit sharp

SBS with Marie x Lieve 2023. Elderflower, edging into capsicum territory. Complex, perfumey notes, nice funk. Finish is dry and moreish
