Кілька років тому Reformation Brewery згуртувала навколо себе спеціалістів та однодумців з різним досвідом: інвестиції, керування промисловими виробництвами, управління міжнародним бізнесом, домашнє пивоваріння тощо. Їх всіх об’єднали любов до якісного пива та бажання зробити свій внесок у реформування пивної культури країни. Ми хочемо зробити все найкраще та розділити це з вами. Найкраще пиво та найкращі враження. Але ми також розуміємо, що це складний та тернистий шлях, на якому нас чекає багато перешкод. Доклавши максимум зусиль, ми його обов’язково подолаємо.

Bottle pour at Kraft, courtesy of the BS crew. Nose and taste are huge smoked and peaty notes, elegant acid profile, intense funk, prune and some esters. Medium bodied, essy to drink. This really hit the spot for me, smoked and sour is a nice combination and I interestingly I didn’t encounter any of the flaws other raters mention. Putin meg meg mindig egy geci, mindettol fuggetlenul.

Unter dem Titel "Ave Pils" wird ein ein leichtes Pils, das als Italian Pils 🛵verkauft wird.
Es ist eirklich schön leicht, aber nicht fad und hinterlässt eine gewisse Sehnsucht nach Urlaub am Meer 🌊.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Strong elderflower in the aroma with notes of white wine, more floral embodiment, grape skin, light funk, white grape. Tart and moderate to medium sour with a dry finish and a hint of sweetness. Medium body. Heavy on the elderflower.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Zesty citrus, fruity hop, orange, bitter fruit peel. Tropical notes with soft pale malt. Medium bitter with low sweetness. Medium body. Bright and zesty, lots of citrus, quite solid!

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Sweet with a nice big coconut aroma, vanilla, cocoa nibs, soft roasted malt, chocolate. Medium sweet flavour, mild bitter, fairly full body. Lots of coconut, lovely, pretty smooth. Tasty stuff.

gebraut für den von Charkiw nach Lemberg übersiedelten Getränkehändler, der es für ein Bier+BBQ-Festival 🎎 verwendete.
Passend zu fettigem Gegrillten 🍖 ost es eher leicht und süffig, bleibt aber als NEIPA seiner milden Hopfigkeit treu, auch wenn es nicht so aromenreich wie andere rüberkommt.

Black colour with small beige head.Aroma is nice sweet warming with taste of barrel and wood good sweet note of sherry and oile smooth and well balanced with warming finish.
