Pours a hazy amber colour with a frothy white head. Complex aroma of exotic fruits, apricot, grapefruit, banana, yeast, spices, hops, some alcohol. Flavour is exotic fruit sweetness, yeasty, some alcohol warming. Modest bitter, spicy aftertaste. Very interesting and enjoyable brew!

Almost clear golden colour with a white head. Aroma of malts, citrus fruits, yeast, spices such as pepper and koriander, hops. Flavour is similar, some fruity sweetness. Nice bitter finish.

T: full malty base, orange, tropical fruits mix, pears, banana, ginger bread, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, complex, fully enjoyed again.

Bottle @ Monk's Pub, Chicago (Feb 2025). Cloudy dark yellow with a large foamy light beige head, malt-coriander aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter malt forward taste with Belgian yeast flavor characteristics, thin body, long finish. A very smooth triple.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso fruttato e sour. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è robusto. L'amaro è contenuto e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, resina, agrumi, frutta passita, etilico, cortile, minerale, ciliegia, spezie e verdure cotte.

Bottiglia. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, con un tipico profumo da birra belga, e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di crosta di pane, cereali, pepe bianco, agrumi, arancia, pesca a pasta gialla, vino bianco e acetoso.

Il corpo è strutturato e articolato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è lunga. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, resina, agrumi, frutta passita, mandorla fresca, spezie, curry, arancia, cream caramel, vaniglia, albicocca tabacco e alcol presente.

Bottle at home. Aroma of ripe fruits, yeast, apples, malt, bread, toffee, caramel, some sugar, clove, more spicy notes, some hops. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness in the finish. Body is medium, carbonation is quite lively. Nicely complex Tripel!
