330 ml bottle from a night market in Frankfurt. Acidic nose, almost somewhat acetic, mineral, dry, a bit dusty. Pale golde, almost flat. Lightly tart, almost lactic, almost acetic, somewhat insipid, apples, acid, minerals. Oily, funky body, rather big barnyard all around. Interesting but not lovely. Scrumpy like, on the f7nky side.

1/8/2018. Can from Tegut, Frankfurt. Pours clear mid gold with a short lasting white head. Aroma of moderately sweet apples and light caramel. Quite heavy sweetness with moderate bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet finish giving way to sour. Drinkable.

Süßer Beginn von Apfel und Zimt. Die Süße bleibt noch angenehm, süffig, keine Karbonisierung. Zimt, wenig Anis, mittellanger Nachhall. Durchaus in Ordnung da nicht überwürzt. 9/7/8/8/9/8

Aroma is moderate apple and pear, yellow apples, sweet fruity apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, yellow apples, light tart.
