A light yellow mead with no head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet and dominated by honey, but also with a strong alcohol presence. Nice mead.

Bottled @RBESG’05
Very pale yellow, no head. Honey, some grass and alcohol in the nose. Liquerish, sweet honeyish. Medicine-like. Long honeyish aftertaste. Not very enjoyable mead.

Looks like pale apple juice. Aroma of mouldy apple juice. Tastes like watered-down vodka, sugar and apple juice. Perhaps they mistook mead for cider? Cannot taste any trace of honey. I would prefer a can of super strength lagrer. Foul.

Bottled. Golden colour, flat. Aroma of honey, cloudberries and yeast. Extremely sweet and sugary, still it feels watery and the alcohol is obvious as in liquor. Unrefined.

Rerate, sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. Pale yellow colour, no carbonation. Aroma of honey and raw alcohol. Extremely sweet flavour, honey and raw alcohol again. I’ll pass, thank you.
