Röstiger, vergleichsweise geringer Hefebeginn. Weich, die Röstigkeit nimmt noch etwas zu, gefolgt von einer leichten Bitterkeit. Karamellig, süffig, zum Abgang deutlich milder werdend. Süffiges Weizen, das gut startet, zum Ende aber etwas schwach auf der Brust ist. 9/9/11/8/9/9

lots of apples and cinammon. Light, mildly tart, lingering apple crumble finish. Very nice.

Whoa, I liked this beer, but it wasn’t the end all to be all. Slightly over rated, not? med amber color. Dry dog food, chocolate malt in the nose. The mouth is very clean and smooth with lots of chcolate malt.

Fruchtiger, süß herber Start. Angenehme und volle alkoholische Würze. Dunkle und hopfige Malznoten im Mittelteil, frisch. Im Abgang hopfiger, würzig, harmonisch, hell erdige Noten. Sehr gut! 12/13/12/12//12

Frischer malzig-herber Antrunk mit geringer Röstigkeit, süßlich. Auf eine eigene Art vollmundig, angenehme Getreidenoten. Zunehmend malziger, was vor allem im Hintergrund ersichtlich wird, der voller und würziger wird. Sehr süffig, Vollmundiges, gleichzeitig abwechslungsreiches und süffiges Bier. Wirklich ausgezeichnet! 10/12/12/13/9/12

Hazy light-amber color; compact head. The aroma is mild, dusty, with light caramel and wheat. Wheat aroma, with some more sweetness and body than the regular Weizen, light caramel; there is a light spicy touch that is more hidden here, and very light fruity esters; correct bitterness. It’s a bit more complete than the regular Weizen, but still a simple offer.
