Danke an rhoihessegold. Süffiger, dunkel röstig-hefiger Beginn. Moderat würzig, Nuancen von Schokolade, nicht wirklich hopfig, dafür aber minimal fruchtig - was aber auch durch die Hefe gekommen sein könnte. Spritzig, wenig Karamell. Nett, wenn auch nicht halb so speziell wie es sein könnte. 9/10/10/9/8/9

29-06-18 // taster at the Farewell Tasting for Cris. Cheers to you mate! Almost clear amber beer. Indeed some red wine touches in the nose. Body is too weak, slightly sweetish malty.Dry minimal red wine notes. Interesting but too light.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Smooth fresh beginning. Grain, quite watery with lots of grain. Sessionable but not deep, the spelt is a bit fruity in the back, the whole body though is way too watery.

15-07-17 // 1000ml swingtop bottle. Pours a murky brown amber beer with a small head. Light bodied with some sweet red malts, light caramel, hints of roasted malts, grains, spelt, some nut flavours. Mild hop bitter finish. A bit too watery body.

100cl swing top bottle bought at the brewery. A slightly hazy dark amber beer with a mid-sized to small off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt, caramel, nutty. Taste of nutty malt, caramel, hints of chocolate, red malt, nice!
