Draft at the source. Slightly hazy deep golden color, rare bubbles, almost still. Aroma of overripe apples and light funk. Taste is tart and fruity with a bone dry finish. My favorite of the session.

25cl pour @ Zur Buchscheer, Frankfurt. Pours a generally clear gold. Good pure fruit character, slightly sour, quite light bodied and highly drinkable. Could've happily polished off a few bembels of this in an afternoon.

25cl at Zur Buchscheer, Frankfurt. 2023 edition. Pours gold with a slight mist. Much more tart and a touch sweeter than the other cider they had on today, vibrant pure fruit with a lingering acidicity, slight astringent interplay, soft tannin finish.. nice

09-10-17 // at the cidery in Frankfurt. Applewine just from Boskopp apples. Wow this one was much better than the regular one. Dry-semi sweet apples. Nice sourness. Great.
