18/10/2025. Bottle at Hops Bar, Tirana. Hazy pour. Malty, citrus, bready, resin, slightly chalky. Some old skool hoppy dankness. Good body and carbonation. Enjoyed it (more than SHIG did).

(Bottle) Hazy reddish amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, slightly roasty nose with treacle-toffee, dried fruit, dark bread, orange peel and spices. Malty taste with notes of treacle-toffee, dried fruit, figs, dark bread, nuts, orange peel and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced and tasty. Quite nice.

Oh yuck, the worst beer of them all. Clear deep orange to light amber beer, creamy dense off-white to light beige beer, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of diacetyl, very buttery, slight caramel touch, but mainly all diacetyl, yoghurt, very bad! MF: soft to no carbon, oily texture, medium to light body. Taste: all diacetyl, butter scotch, a bit sweet, dirty, sugary, watery impression, bah. Aftertaste: slightly malty, caramel, wort, diacetyl, watery, very bad!

Pretty clear yellow blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: rather dirty, quite some sulphur, a hint of ripe banana, slightly malty. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very watery, light, a little malty, not very bitter, slightly sweet even. Aftertaste: malty touch, overall very watery, faint, boring.

Clear light yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: grains, corn flakes, a little sourish, touch of vinegar even, infected? Maybe an infected tap line? Some cow fodder in the nose as well, and even a faint hint of diacetyl. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty, a hint of diacetyl but definitely there, grains, hay, cow fodder, grassy bitterness, a bit watery. Aftertaste: dry, somewhat sweet, malty and grainy but in an unpleasant way. A hint of banana, a bit stale, corn and slightly metallic finish.
