Enjoying this beer with my wife, yesterday,
before to eat at one Asian buffet. Right
neipa, all the qualities that you could
expect. This one is really malty, oat
smooth, tropical fruits, yeasty, passion
fruit, mango, right bitterness.

Deep brown with a tall beige and firm head. Roasted coffee acts as a firm base over which vanilla, toffee, deep chocolate, cookie dough. Medium bodied. Finish is very dry which keeps this rom getting into a sticky sweet mess. Very solid and grounded. Nice.

Color natillas, opaca y turbia, con una bonita bruma de levadura en movimiento flotando a la deriva. Espuma blanca, copiosa, cremosa y de gran retención. Aroma contundente con notas de cereal, heno, hierba, resina y abundante fruta fresca, (el olor que queda en la lata vacía es extraordinario, casi mejor incluso que la copa). En boca entra muy sedosa con un fondo maltoso y toneladas de avena, notas de pomelo, papaya, nectarina, pino, hierba...Harto jugosa, cálida a partir del tercer sorbo, final seco, herbal y amargote con buena sensación cítrica. Definitivamente un buen pedazo de cerveza, eructos muy lupulados, gran nivel!
