Аромат просто прекрасный, очень много специй, перчик, немного травянистости, гвоздика, сухофрукты, в частности курага. Также есть пшеничные нотки от солода, легкая яблочная сладость с медовой начинкой, намеки на карамель. Цвет темно карамельный, пенка стойкая, очень пышная, как и должно быть. Вкус классический. Снова сухофрукты и специи, но уже без сладости. При глотке хмелевая горчинка и сухость, очень сбалансированно. Удивительно но много цветочных ноток появляется, намеки на мед но без яблок. Тело ощущается, и при большом глотке все таки алкоголь может появится. В целом очень хороший Бельгиец, даже немного больше пряностей чем обычно.

Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is sweet dark malt with subtle whisky aroma. Bit boozy, caramel, hint of chocolate. Some spicy notes, brown sugar. Bit boozy, flavour is sweet. Medium body. Pleasant.

Cinnamon, cloves and brown sugar match the aromas of raisins and prunes with the added bonus of a caramelized base to give us a very complex olfactory.
Brown with red and copper reflections, the beer is quite clear.
The foam is abundant, creamy and persistent.
Deeply malty and sweet entry with an abundance of black fruit esters.
The lively carbonation prevents it from being heavy in the mouth.
The malty accents conceal notes of caramel and molasses.
The esters offer us raisins and prunes.
The phenols, more discreet, are content with slight peppery accents.
A beer full of flavors and very complex.
It's a shame that spices aren't more prominent.

Cannelle, clou de girofle et cassonnade s’agencent aux arômes de raisins secs et de pruneaux avec en prime, une base caramélisée pour nous donner un olfactif bien complexe.
Brune aux reflets roux et cuivrés, la bière est assez limpide.
La mousse est abondante, crémeuse et persistante.
Entrée de bouche profondément maltée et sucrée avec esters de fruits noirs en abondance.
La carbonatation bien vive l’empêche d’être lourde en bouche.
Les accents maltés recèlent des notes de caramel et de mélasse.
Les esters quant à eux nous proposent des raisins secs et des pruneaux.
Les phénols, plus discrets, se contentent de légers accents poivrés.
Une bière pleine de saveurs et très complexe.
Dommage que les épices ne soient pas plus en évidence.

Color rubio anaranjado, turbia, gran corona de espuma densa, consistente, esponjosa de gran retención y encaje. Aroma fino y elegante a levadura, mermelada de naranja, orejones, galleta, plátano maduro, compota de albaricoque, especias. En boca es seca, dulzona y maltosa de fondo con final suavemente amargo, moderadamente herbal, especiado y levemente licoroso, de hecho el alcohol calienta ligeramente el morro. Una cerveza rica y placentera.
