Established in 1872
The brewhouse consists of three kettles from 1946 and a wort filter from 2014. The kettles are made of red copper and are “hammered” by hand into the existing shapes. The capacity is 3000 kg deposit. In the past, brews of 250 to 300 hl of lager were produced with this. Today we brew 110 hl per brew since the current beers are of a much higher density.

Cerveza color ámbar, turbia, corona de espuma cremosa, abundante y persistente. Aroma a malta, caramelo, paja, especias. En boca es sedosa, relativamente amplia, maltosa, especiada, notas de pan de centeno, algo de fruta madura, caramelo...Bien equilibrada, el alcohol está bien integrado mas cuando atempera produce cierta sensación cálida en la garganta. Rica y placentera

Tap at the Mug in Middelburg. A light brownish beer with hints of speculaas (a cookie with cinnamon).First thoughts what is this, then yes this is nice.

Bottle 0,33ltr:Drunk this one under the Margriet-label. Hazy blond looking Ale with an fruity sweet taste and bitter finish.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Belgian bock from Mechelen, dark brown coloured beer with hints of caramel and bitter finish.

Bottle at ZBF, Sint-Niklaas, Belgium: Hazy yellow colourer brew with a fruity taste, formost banana and the name of the beer says Hopsinjoor, but the taste is not hoppy.
