33 cL bottle. Distinct grapes fruity and white wine sweet. Crisp champagne, hoppy, citrusy and bitter smooth fruity. Lingering dry, fruity and nice grapefruity. Ends medium dry finish. Smooth. Nice

Bottle 33 c. Courtesy of Theis. Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy and lacing off-white head. Very solid and citrusy hops in the nose. Solid body, sweet caramel and fruits with a fresh citrusy hoppiness. Bitter finish, but not overly so. I don’t really pick up the Chardonnay. 180311

Bottle at CPK, thanks to Ken. Hazy amber pour with a foamy, white head. Huge resin aroma, grapefruit. Flavor is very sweet, lots of caramel and honey, bit of bread, tons of hops, like fruity citrus rinds. Full in body with average carbonation. Warming finish, tons of bitterness, fruity and piney. The real deal here.

On tap @ In De Wildeman. Black color, almost brown, soapy head. Aroma’s of (milk)chocolate/cocoa, vanilla, bourbon & sweet fruit. Flavor somewhat sweet, fruity, with some roast. Medium bodied. Ash comes up and finishes quite bitter. Quite nice.

Bottle from the Struise beershop. Cloudy brown beer, frothy tan head. Semi dry palate. A little prickly carbonation. Rich dark malt with a strong coffee streak. Some cream as well. Joins up nicely and in to a very drinkable beer.

Draft @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty fruity chili and chocolate aroma. FRuity roasted malty chocolate with hot burning chili flavor. Has a roasted malty burning chili finish with hints of chocolate in the aftertaste.

Clear amber with a huge off-white head. Aroma is caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and bitter finish. Very good but not fantastic. 080311

Bottle from Ken from Struise. Cloudy dark gold brown. Lasting off white. Hoppy as hell with some biscuit. Good bitterness on end. Decent enough but not outstanding.

Fluffy yellowish head, hazy amber beer. Rosewater, sweet-hoppy smelling, lunaria, estery. Bitter-sweet with banana, citrus, lytchee and rosewater. Very good balance. Medium to well-bodied, but with a very filling impression and slickness. Aftertaste is really bitter. A DIPA with a difference? Whatever, I like it.
