Can to tulip.
Appearance: golden copper cloudiness with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: white grapes, pine and some light citrusy to orangey hop tones, light clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet juicy quality; finishes juicy and mixed citrusy tones
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness, low carb, nice low hop bitterness
Overall: once again, an odd name but if Evil Twin is starting to knock out some good NEIPA's then I don't care.

Oh boy, another one of those names again. eeeeek, anyways, too late here are my thoughts:
Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-bright orange haziness; one finger white foamy head which tapered off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light pineapple, grapefruit and some oranges; light bready malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas together in a fair sweet to bittersweet sort of way; finishes with light pineapples and grapefruit
Texture: medium bodied? yeah, I think so, maybe just a touch under; sessionable; some smoothness, nice low carb, low hop bitterness
Overall: there we go, Evil Twin with the nicely done NEIPA, though once again another odd name of a beer.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: cloudy orange to amber color with a finger's worth of white foamy head that slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: light mixed citrusy to grapefruity to orangey hop notes; clean malts
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality: finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but also enough hop bitterness acting assertively
Overall: there we go, Evil Twin, a nicely done DIPA I could return to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pretty thick looking orange haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity to light mixed citrusy then some subtle piney hop accents; light clean malts
Flavor: seems to do a pretty good job of blending the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet sort of arrangement; finishes grapefruity and piney
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; some smoothness; low carb and very low hop bitterness
Overall: there ya go Evil Twin, nicely done NEIPA I'd return to!

Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: dark copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: honey, ginger, sweet wheat and lemon and a touch of something herbal I couldn't quite right put my finger on
Flavor: seems to mesh the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-sweet to herbal toned sweetness; finishes somewhat floral to herbal and honey-ish
Texture: light to medium bodied, some kind of sessionability to this; light smoothness but the ginger does act as expected with a little bit of a snap at the tongue
Overall: hmmmmm, well, I had The Rollingstones "Start Me Up" blasting away when I was drinking this beer but the execution itself, wellll, it leaves a little bit to be desired.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: burnt orange haziness with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some danky to earthy and hemp-like hop tones punching at some sweet onions, pine and subtle pear-like hop notes; biscuity/bready malts? Yeah, I think so
Flavor: copies the aromas pretty spot on for that danky earthy sweet vibe and subtle fruity to piney-ness; finishes somewhat danky and earthy with the pear-like tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, semi-sessionable; some smoothness but a good tone of dryness with this one.
Overall: what an odd beer and it wasn't just the name. I wonder if these guys are high while brewing what they brew or possibly when they name a beer, maybe both.

Oh boy, what does Evil Twin have in store for me with this one? Hmmm, I'm tempting fate here, I can tell:

Can to tulip.
Appearance: bright yellow color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated fairly quick and no lace was left.
Aroma: some citrusy to tropical fruity hop tones with some funky & tart vibes
Flavor: pretty much mirrors the aromas to a nice sour to tart arrangement; brisk finish of grapefruit/lemon and some blood oranges
Texture: medium to full bodied? Yeah, I think so. Somewhat sessionable, some smoothness but also some tart to sour hostility to the tongue
Overall: with a name like that, man, I was a bit apprehensive about this one but it turned out not that bad. Huge sigh of relief. Yes, I would return to this one.

Appearance: orangey cloudiness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: nice peachy to yuzu scents; some funk with light Brett-like sour tones; subtle tart and a brisk lemony undertone
Flavor: copies the aromas pretty spot on then leads into the finish of some sour to tart yuzu and citrusy character
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; touch of smoothness and some tart to sour happenings clenching their fists over my tongue
Overall: okay, well, this one worked, here we go again Evil Twin up and down we go on this roller coaster where it stops no one knows but I'll have this one again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: deep copper color with a slight transparency closer to the sides and a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some citrusy and piney hops with a nice semi-dirty caramel/toffee malt base (I guess they intentionally "dirtied" up the malts a bit? hmmm, or maybe that's me at this point with Evil Twin, nothing really surprises me anymore)
Flavor: citrusy and piney hops and the dirty malts equals long finish of caramel and old butterscotch schnaps mixed with the ice cubes from your uncle's bad breath after his 50th cigarette
Texture: medium bodied - hmmmm, maybe; sessionable - oh hell no but to want to sip this - well I don't see that either; no where near smooth and this is dry as all get out
Overall: well, they did what they said they did, they made and I was dumb enough to try this. Maybe next time they do something similar they can find a local dive bar and re-run this beer like 500 times through the dirtiest lines and say we "brewed a new beer and it's called 'You're Foolish If You Try This IPA.'
Don't tempt fate, Adam, go onto your next review, knucklehead.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: more of amber sort of color with a half a finger of white foamy head which slid off as expected at a decent pace to barely leave any lace
Aroma: honey, bourbon dry woodiness; dried fruity character; toffee and burnt marshmallows
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to an odd sort of sweet to leafy/plant-like sweetness; finishes like toasted marshmallows soaked in honey
Texture: medium bodied - I think or maybe a touch over; leaning towards being a sipper; some smoothness along the tongue but also some of that leafy/plant character coming back to scrape my tongue a bit
Overall: did they put cactus in this? lol, something's messing with me with this beer and I can't quite right tell exactly what it is. Every time I say to myself "oh God, here's another weirdo beer by Evil Twin, let's try to shove this down my throat" - what do I do - why yes, I go and try it. I doubt if I would come back to this.
