All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color avorio ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione rientra nella norma. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano indizi di caramello, miele, biscotto, cereali e albicocca.

Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, cereali, frutta secca e spezie.
