Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta note di miele, cereali, frutta secca e spezie.

Bottle at München Ratebeer tasting, Monday 17th February 2020. Pale lemony gold a filmy white head sits atop. I thought that this would be sweeter than it was, it finished sweet but was a little zippy at first. Ok.

Bottle at München Ratebeer tasting, Monday 17th February 2020. Light to mid gold with a white head, a little brusque on the nose, leading to a spritzy taste, busy carbonation, quite good, a little bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow, white foam. Pleasant wit aromatics, light crooked stave funkiness. Medium light foamy body, dry on the palate, spicy citric and flowery finish.
