L’intensità olfattiva è flebile e la persistenza olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta, con carbonazione e bollicine medie, idem al piano sottostante, dove la carbonazione è persistente ed insistita. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice. Il retrogusto è di media intensità . L’aroma in bocca riporta sentori di biscotto, frumento, orzo, erba, agrumi e tè verde.

Review based on the BJCP2015 (style 30A). Bottle 33 cl - Batch T2. AROMA: predominant vegetal/grassy aroma with a sulphury note (DMS). slight malty bready background. no green tea nor citrus aromas. APPERANCE: pale gold color and slightly hazy. medium-low white head with low retention. TASTE: medium DMS flavor with a slight malty background. green tea not very perceptible. medium-low bitterness with a semi-dry finish. PALATE: low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: an odd brew without notes associated with the declared ingredients.

Smooth grainy beer. Fresh and intense. The beer is dry, fresh. Not too intense, no fruit. Very sad. Only neutral grainy beer with a moderate sweetness.

Bottle@Tuesday Taphouse Bottle Share, Copenhagen - Gold pour with white head. Aroma and taste is sweet with notes of malt, with prominent ginger some herbal and veg notes, grass, straw, sweet ginger spicy finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is toasted. Solid carbonation. Bitter, toasted and light caramelish. Dry and slight bitter finish. Mild ginger to herbal finish.
