Huge beige, irregular head over black beer with red-brown highlights. Pure black & milkchocolate, and very surprisingly grassy at the same time. Strange combination. Finish is roasted/burnt. Sweet to bitter(ish) chocolate, roasted, liquorice, quite malty too. No more grassy or hops, for that matter. Bit bready. Medium to well-bodied, slick, surprisingly drinkable. Slight alcoholwarming in the finish. Original beer, in a way: halfway between sweet and dry stout, feeling seriously less alcoholic than it is.
