The brewery consists of a five barrel brew house, four 800 litre ale fermenters, four 800 litre conical conditioning tanks and two 800 litre bottling/kegging tanks to date. Recently added was an automated bottling line, allowing us to beautifully bottle our craft beers and distribute them across the country to off licences and shops near you.

On draft at Cask in Cork. Lager like pour, light amber with a medium white head. Nose is slight pine hops, grain, grass and hay note. Flavour is again, slight pine hops with hay and biscuit malt. Easy drinker.

500 ml bottle, from Gulating ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.3%. Black colour, moderate beige head. Aroma of roast malts, chocolate and mild coffee. Flavour with the same elements, medium dry, hints of citric hops, fairly distinct bittering hops in the finish.

Bottle from beerclub. Medium gold with a thin head. Aroma of grainy malt. Flavour is bitter orange, malty hop, dry spicy base, sticky fruit finish.

Bottle @ Bell Bar, Cork (Maldron Hotel). Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are hops, caramel, flowers, fruits and malt. Nice bitter finish.

Clear dark amber colour, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma sweet toasted malt, caramel, vanilla, toffee, Haagse hopjes. Taste light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, toasted malt, toffee, vanilla, woody notes. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering toffee and burnt caramel. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation, not top sweet, easy to drink, tasty.

Draft at Elbow Lane, Cork, Ireland. Pours clean amber with moderate white foam. Aroma is malty and aromatic. Body is just a little dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is fairly bitter with some moderate sweetness. Finish is fairly long.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours almost exactly like another Irish stout 😆. Aroma of toasted caramel and coffee. Taste is lovely and smooth, burnt toast and vanilla. But of bitterness in the finish.

Dark amber, clear, thin white head
Aroma - sweet caramel malts, soft fruits, odd nose
Taste - caramel, some toasted malts, bit of burnt caramel, some soft citrus zest, slight medicinal note and some weird twiggy hop notes, poor flavour
Palate - soft carb, medium body, fairly sweet malts. Finish is quite dry, soft bitter zest, soft twigs, hint of burnt caramel
Overall - Poor flavour and aroma. Thrown out.

Blonde, fizzy bubbly white head
Aroma of soft citrus fruits
Taste of light lager malts, some soft bitter zest hops, soft sweet pale malt, hint of peach
Palate - Medium carb, light body. Finish is quite bitter, slightly metallic
Overall - OK that’s all
