Tap at the Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Poured a clear dark amber with a thin broken white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is rich red berry fruit, yeast, light malt. The flavour is moderate bitter with a sharp, crisp fruit, light aniseed, spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. More like a Christmas Ale than an ESB.
