Bottle, courtesy of Erzengel, shared with Undos and Gabor at Ganz. Nose is slightly roasted malts, caramel, grainy sweetness. Taste is sweet biscuits, grains, light roasted notes, caramel again and a light to moderate bitterness, mainly in the finish that’s somewhat dry. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation.

From Trinkgut, Derendorf area. Last beer of the night and a right option before to find the stars of the universe. I love this way to brew of the Düsseldorf city, malty, dry and sweet with a nice touch of toffee, sugar, fair bitterness full body. 27.04.24, drinking it at my rented flat in Derendorf, nice stay and lucky with the unstable weather.

From tap at Brauerei Kürzer, Düsseldorf. Aroma is mostly lots of sweet caramel malt. Sweetish flavour with a mild bitterness. Light to medium bodty. Not a bad Altbier.

From tap at Brauerei Kürzer, Düsseldorf. Aroma is soft grains with light grassy hops and a hint of cardboard. Flavour is lightly sweet and midly btiter. Bit thin, okay Pils, but not without flaws.

A clear reddish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of red malt, caramel, some nuts. Taste of caramelized red malt, nuts, leaves, moderate bitterness.
