(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Mildly grainy malty aroma with slightly herbal hoppy accents. Bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Balanced malty base with cereals and herbal hoppy spice, leading into a rounded finish with a good bitterness-sweetness ratio, including cereals, as well as slightly herbal and grassy elements. Decent. 18.XII.17

33cl bottle from Edeka in Breckerfeld. Smooth grainy nose, the beer starts grainy and round. Malty, grainy and sessionable. Easy to drink, dusty yeast, grain. Nice.

330ml bottle from trade with Beerhunter111. Many thanks111. Pours an unclear orange, thin white ring. Aroma is grainy, lightly sweet. Taste presents a smooth, lightly sweet malt character with a light bitterness. Some mild spelt moments from this 'Chevallier' grain. Accompanies my pad thai well, but otherwise an unremarkable refresher.

Gourmet-Flasche: Deep golden with an orangey sheen, small but persisting white head with a little lace; mild sweet-bitter grainy-dusty nose with an even milder herbal-strawy background, accompanied by a delicate fruity acidity; mild -as well - bitter-sweet and slightly sour flavour, quite light bodied, quite soft; shorter grainy and bitter and sourish-fruity finish. 0.33 l bottle from a local gas station, best before March 2018. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, grassy-spicy, slightly floral and a little fruity aroma of fresh grass, some grains and a touch of citrus. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy, slightly floral and a little fruity taste of fresh grass, grains and traces of citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry and rather grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Very decent Pils, refreshing and highly quaffable.
