Toasty, chocolately, minimally nutty, dark malty and caramel malty as well as weak, yeasty fruity aroma, notes of chocolate, cocoa, caramel, a touch of nougat, whiffs of cherry. Taste is surprisingly bitter, roasty, chocolately, dark malty, slightly caramel malty and yeasty fruity, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, cocoa, hints of cherry, a weak touch of plum. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly to lively carbonation. Nice composition, nice fruity aspects, sadly a bit overcarbonated - good.

330ml bottle [at 7.2% abv]. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Op tap bij Alkmaars Koffiehuis. Goudoranje kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Overduidelijk geïnfecteerd, flink wat Brett in de geur, iets kazig, grassig, licht moutig, hint van citrus, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Ondanks die infectie goed te drinken.

33cl Fles bij Alkmaars Koffiehuis. Troebel amber kleur, vuilwitte kraag. Oude koekjes, appelmoes, eikenhout, vanille, rozijnen, licht moutig, fruitig, hint van de whisky al is het vat goed te ruiken, bitterzoete finish. Medium body. Aan de zoete kant, maar wel smaakvol.
