500ml bottle from Wedmore Village Shop, Somerset. Pours a clear rusty gold. Aroma brings pleasant woody, rustic cider barn. Taste sees comforting soft tannins alongside a bright fruitiness, medium sweetness. Quite accessible overall with a lovely tannic warmth.

500ml bottle from Wedmore Village Shop as Old Jollop 'With A Twist'. Pours clear gold, sweet floral apple orchard aroma. Fine spritz. Floral elderflower though not overpowering with a good balance of sweet apple fruit, gentle acidity, sticky finish. Decent.

25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow/gold with minimal head. Aroma of slightly sour apples. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness and moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Dry, tart finish.

500ml bottle from Ciderlab. Orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, hints of woody funk. Taste is mellow fruity apple, some tartness and apple skin, with light funk, oak, vanilla and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, finish is dry tannic with alittle sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Sparkling orange golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple and floral elderflower. Taste is juicy apple, floral elderflowers, fruity citric, with lots of wood oak & vanilla, some tartness and light tannins. Medium bodied, spiky carbonation, dry tannic finish. Refreshing, nicely drinkable.

From bottle at the International Cider Festival, Rotterdam. Clear orange with no head. Aroma of red apple, almost light floral notes and a touch of funk. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and light sour. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
