On tap at KITC Restaurant #2, which is out past the sports complex. Dull gold colour, not much head. Darker than tdg2. On the nose this has a clear pedio infection, some malts and the beginnings of rancid diacetyl. It’s marginally drinkable right now but it could be utterly vile this time tomorrow. As it warms that butter comes out, and it starts to get ropey. Too bad because it has around the same bitterness as taedonggang 2 but with a fuller pale malt note. Too bad about the lack of cleanliness.

Can shared at THT. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, grains, honey, corn, cardboard, light hazelnuts. Quite sweet with light chemical bitterness. Under medium bodied. Quite bad, but hey it’s from North Korea.

- Goldgelb, klar.
