Couleur dorée-orange trouble, léger col pétillant blanc retombant vite.
Arôme est chargé en effluves de d’abricots frais. Léger rétro funk-sour avec un côté noyaux d'abricots. Pointe végétale, verger-vert avec l'accent sur le fruit qui reste bien présent tout au long.
Palais est extrêmement bien fruité, abricots fermentés, purée avec une belle approche ponctuée par un fini sour - acidulé bien prenant. Le tout rappelle assez bien une FouFoune bien fraîche mais avec cette acidité plus devant. Onctuosité du fruit perdure .

Pink head, gone in seconds; unclear deep-red beer. Not much in the way of aromas; rainwater, wet leaves, faint fruity whiffs. Same in the taste, with a bit more (red) fruti, again rainwater. Finish & aftertaste finally reveal nice flavours as from rosehips, red billberry etc. Light body, well-carbonated, finish has slick yeast. Light, but nice fruitbeer. NB. I speak neither Catalan, neither Castilian. A little bit of English would make a lot more clear, pretty please?

Sampled from the tap at Brew Dog Barcelona. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has pineapple and tart papaya with earthy wheat underlying. Flavor has a pineapple and papaya combination with some sweet wheat backing.

Sampled from the tap at Ølgod. Pours black with a very dark brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet dark grains and chocolate with a bit of whiskey and roast supporting. Flavor has a chocolate and thick dark grain note with a hint of roast and a growing whiskey presence.

Sampled from the tap at Ølgod. Pours a slightly hazy dry yellow with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has tart and sweet pear with a bit of sweet wheat underlying. Flavor has earthy tart pear with a light sweetness and a bit of earthy sweet wheat.

33cl Bottle from Jungle Rock. Slightly hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of pure Brett, funk, light nutty, hint of cheese, peach, pineapple. Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, funky, light salty, cheese, nutty, firm Brett character, fruity, pineapple, bitter finish. Medium bodied. Nice.

Draft @ El Birrot. Dorée, col blanc épais. Une saison catalane, le tout avec des produits de leur ferme - sauf la levure. Arôme sur un bouquet plutôt belge niveau esters et levure, offrant un effet houblonné très frais fraîchement récoltés. Malt plaisant dans le ton pils - donnant une dimension terroir. Palais est léger, frais assez belge, crisp sur effet grains concassés - blé, malt pils, houblonné ajoutant un effet finement fleuri, qcq pointes de citronné et une petite pointe fruitée virant sur le tropical.
