Draft sample @ Barcelona Beer Festival ’25.
Couleur ambre, léger col crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme est assez classique, houblonné – fruits rouges, malté pâle, épicé de l’ajout de seigle avec un rétro-nasal rappelant la prune et cerise.
Palais est malté, cara pâle, finement biscuité avec de suite un effet épicé venant du seigle – toasté et grillé avec une pointe de fruits noirs en retrait. Un peu trop sur la levure à mon goût. Petite note torréfiée et sèche sur la fin.

Bottle in Calipolis, Sitges, Spain, Monday 16th September 24. Pours a reddish brown and murky. Aroma is yeast, caramel, aromatics. Taste is bitter, caramel, yeasty, aromatic, quite nice

Bottle at Calipolis, Sitges, Spain, 16th September 24. Pours a fairly clear beer of the style. Aroma is yeast, bananas and spice, taste is a little sweet, yeast, banana and citrus. Not bad

Bottle at La Nansa, 16th September 24. Pours a light hazy yellow straw. Aroma is citrus, pithy, florals. Taste is light, aromatic, floral, medium bitter. Very good

Keg at Abirradero, Barcelona, 09/03/2024.
Golden orange topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is mixed tropicana, grass, pine needle, melon.
Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, orange zest, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close punctured with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy enough IPA.

Tap. Hazy amber-orange color with off-white head. Aroma is earthy, grapefruit, resinous. Taste is the same, mild but nice bitterness, smooth mouthfeel. Alright.

44cl can. Dorée claire, col blanc-cassé fin crémeux. Arôme au nez fin fruité, tropical, léger rétro de grains et fines agrumes. Palais est malté pils, fruité , bien houblonné, un peu épicée, fruité tropical, agrumes - pamplemousse, touche de mangue. Rondeur d'avoine avec en retrait une petite touche de mandarine. Douceur fine et fruitée sur la fin avec petit rappel de purée de fruits.

Canette 33l, BB 05/2020, lot# 257. Dorée, col épais blanc. Arôme au nez parfumé restant dans un caractère noble / fruité modéré et finement fruité et léger pils / grains. Palais est classique, malt pils, petit effet céréales, note houblonnée sur le fruité citronné et léger terreux.

Dorada, turbia con espuma blanca, duradera y dejando bonito encaje en el vaso. Aroma tropical con predominio de piña. Sabor igualmente tropical, piña, algo de pera y notas herbales con decente amargor. Final amargo y frutal, muy bebible.

Draft at Abirradero, RBESG 2016. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of big smoke, burnt malts, bacon and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [06-07-2016]
