Glas gedronken met Tomhendriksen en Roelzi tijdens bierfestival in de Oirsprong. Donkerbruin bier met matig schuim. Aroma van hout en hop. Smaak is sprankelend met een dropsmaak. Nasmaak is licht bitter.

Can split at L6 'zo fucken hote' tasing, thanks to SHIG for the leaving gift, 13/07/22. Hazed amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is sweet malts, toasted sugars, caramel melt, booze, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises stewed fruits, brown sugar melt, raisins, fruit cake mix, toffee crisp. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent easy sipping BW ... doesn't run too sweet.

Bottle dark brown pour standard malty carmelized light toasted malts in the aroma. More standards woody malty notes at the end. Just OK

12 oz. 2021 bottle. Aroma has notes of caramel, toffee, wood, vanilla, bourbon. Pours murky brown with a thin beige head that settles into a ring after a minute. Taste is mostly sweet but has a nicely bitter hoppy edge. Very nice.
