Description
On a small abandoned farm back in 2002 William Frank and Else Birk started a small brew house focusing on quality and good craftsmanship. The brewery was not far from where the Grauballe man (a bog body that was uncovered in 1952 from a peat bog) was found - hence the name Grauballe Bryghus.
Grauballe Bryghus was in these premises until the year 2013. By then it had grown so big that it was time to move to larger premises where it is today.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy, deep golden with a rough, white head. Nose has a little perfumy hops. Medium body, sweet, fruity malts, again rather perfumy hops - but at least there are some hops - lightly bitter finish. A surprisingly decent mainstream Pale Ale. 271217
