Description
We’re Josh and Frankie, husband and wife. We set up The Park Brewery in 2014 with the aim of creating really sumptuous juicy beers. Hop forward, stand out ales to be savoured and enjoyed.
Inspired by the new wave of microbreweries surfacing at the time, and loving the great beers coming through, Josh purchased a home brew kit to learn more about the process and started experimenting with the wonderful world of hops.
We named ourselves The Park Brewery due to our location, next to our favourite open space – Richmond Park. In an increasingly fast paced world, time out and nature is really important to us. We like to think our beer represents this – a moment to reflect – beer to be considered and enjoyed.

Cask at Craft Islington. It pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, wheat, cracker, green banana, herbal, coriander seed, spice, sweat and earth. The taste is bitter, quite juicy, orange, tangerine, waxy peel, peppery spice, straw, cracker, white bread, grassy, green banana and slightly lactic with a drying finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty interesting stuff. I like it.

Keg at Craft beer Co, Islington. A clear amber golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet nutty malts, light apricot and orange. Flavour is composed of nutty Base malts, bitter orange rind, grassy citrus, little rubber. Assertive grassy hop bitterness. Palate is crisp, lowish carbonation. Not great condition. Good stuff.

Cask at Craft Islington. It pours clear amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is rich, piney, varnish, resin, bitter - sweet, juicy tropical notes and a touch of stewed orange / marmalade. The big bitterness, piney, resinous, earth, woody, hop burn, oily, zesty grapefruit, pithy, touch of toffee and some astringency with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. High bitterness took me by surprise. Maybe a touch harsh, but not bad anyhow.
