(Cask at Gallows Bird Real Ale Festival 2019) The beer poured pale golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and citricness. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A light one but still tasty.

[On tap at Tap East, Stratford.] A slightly hazy golden amber pour with a tight cream head; aroma of grapefruit with some pine in the background; thick and syrupy in the mouth with lots of pine and some citrus; the bitterness is assertive without wrecking the throat; then a long lingering finish with a little warmth. This certainly makes an impact!

[Cask at Tap East, Stratford.] A glossy cola brown pour with a ring of beige head; slightly herbal coffee aroma; rich fruity coffee taste with some toast and chocoalte in the background; then a very dry finish with lingering coffee.

Little hazy orange beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, adhesive. Aroma: very malty, caramel, bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, sugary, caramel, malty, soft bitterness, hoppy. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, more citrus, tropical fruits, grapefruit, malty, decent.

Clear deep blond beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, cheesy, fruity notes, some grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, bitter, malty, some citrus. Aftertaste: nice bitterness, grapefruit, hoppy, bit grassy, nice!

Cask at Pig's Ear Beer Festival 2016, Hackney, London. An orange/brown coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Malty, caramel, rye aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, rye, orange with a slight sweetness. Quite pleasant.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer festival 2018. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a loose off white head. Aroma is earthy orange rind, resinous hop. Flavour is composed of chewy resinous, orange rind hop, chewy, sticky toffee,. Palate is medium sweet, chewy, moderate. Little rough round the edges.

Cask at Pigs Ear 2018, day one, 04/12/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is grapefruit, pine resin, mango, mixed tropical fruits. Taste comprises sweet tropical fruits, mango, cantaloupe melon, airy malts, apricot, grapefruit zest. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close laden with juicy hop bitterness. Solid for a cask DIPA.
