Cask at Tap East, Stratford, London. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Roasty, malty, chocolate, smoke on the nose. Tastes similar, roasty, malty, chocolate, smoke. Not bad.

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild herbal to spiced. Light estery. Light fruity, mild yeasty. Medium dry, bitter and slight estery. Mild spiced into the finish.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black. Small off white head. Aroma is herbal coffee. Bitter, distinct coffee. Smooth, cold brew like. Bitter. Subdued malt sweetness. Bitter and coffee dense finish.

From cask. Pours cleqr and golden orange. Small white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy. Peach fruity. Mild sweet. Light bitter. Mild sweetness. Bitter and medium dry into a fruity finish.

Cask handpull at Tap East Stratford. Funnily enough Colin mentioned how good this was when i met in Bermondsey in the morning. Clear chestnut colour lasting beige head. Biscuity best bitter. Great condition. Good white pepper English hop. After a load of weird shit today it was lovely 5o have something this simple but wonderful. Perfect mouthfeel for a cask conditioned beer. Really good fruity malt . Brown malt aroma. Light jammy fruit. Just a top drawer easy drinking best bitter . Decent as hell

Cask at Tap East, 14/02/18. Rich copper pour with a well presented light beige cap. Nose is toffee, biscuit, red berry fruits, light breads. Taste comprises brown bread, biscuit malt, grains, blackcurrant, dark fruit notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with balanced bitterness. Decent bitter.
