Alibi Room. Reddish-amber. Perfumey-floral and it smells sticky. Quite sticky and again phenolic-floral. Pretty much a decent beer but too sweet for my tastes.

On tap at The Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden orange. Aroma of wheat, caramel, butterscotch, rye malt and some christmas spices. Flavour of ginger and other holiday spices, some butterscotch and rye. Decent.

Draught at the brewpub, as Raspberry Belgian Triple, at 9.5% ABV
Ruby red color, creamy head. Aroma of raspberries. Good body strength; flavor of raspberry syrup, with malt backbone and too much bitterness for this beer; moderate sweetness, and clear alcohol perception. Not the worst fruit beer around, a bit artificial and boozy.

Chestnut color, with small head. Mild aroma, with some roasted nuts. Good combination of caramel, roasted malt, roasted nuts, although the flavor is mild; the mouthfeel is dry and lean; correct bitterness. Pleasant.

Dark brown color, good creamy beige head. Tarry nose. Light bodied, smooth palate, a bit watery. Toasted malty, slightly peaty flavor. Nice taste but could have a bit more body.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Citrusy, overriped banana aroma. Flavor has banana candy, overriped banana. Actually not so special hefeweizen but plus points to this because it is tasting like a real German one, not one from No. Am.
