Draught at Gosnell's Meadery Taproom, Bermondsey 15Jul2023. Bright reddish pink colour, thin white foam head and aroma of elderflower, honey. Taste s sweet. honey, fruity, elderflower, with some citric notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Draught at Gosnell's Meadery Taproom, Bermondsey 15Jul2023. Reddish pink colour, thin white foam head and aroma of raspberry, funk. Taste is sweet, honey, floral, raspberry with some acidity. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

On tap at The Rake, pours a clear pink, no head. Aroma brings out subtle raspberry, floral notes and gentle honey. Flavour is lightly raspberried, with fermented out honey, and a touch of floral notes. Fermented dry, lightly berries. Ultimately unsatisfying and lifeless. Not good.

On tap at the meadery. Pours a clear light pinkish red with no head whatsoever. Aroma has earthy slightly tart raspberry with musty honey and a musty berry note. Flavor has strong earthy honey with musty tart berry and a cough syrup flavor.

On tap at the meadery. Pours a clear hydrated pee with no head but a bit of visible carbonation. Aroma has has dry honey and tart papaya with a bit of grass and rind underlying. Flavor has tart papaya and dry honey with a bit of citrus in the finish.

On tap at the meadery. Pours a clear pale pastel yellow with no head whatsoever. Aroma has light sweet honey and a decent amount of floral citrus supporting. Flavor has sweet honey and a growing citrus bite with a light floral note underlying.

On tap at the meadery. Pours a clear very light gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet honey and a light floral note coming through with a bit of earthiness underlying. Flavor has a nice light but sweet honey with a touch of dryness in the finish.

Panda 🐼 at home big thanks to Danlo. A milky petrol coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is harsh plastic, parafin, waxy, some floral notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, floral, waxy , floral honey, light grass, milky grains, lemon rind. waxy. Palate , light tang, oily, fine carbonation. ok.
