Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat and lemons, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle@Borups - Amber pour with off white pour. Sweet and smokey aroma and taste, some caramelic sweetness, with some overt meaty smokey action, not for me.

Sample from 50 cl bottle. Hazy, golden color with a thin, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, grasses, mineral notes from too excessive carbonation. Taste is bitter. Finishes dry with mineral notes. Doesn’t reach me.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a creamy white head. Intense, greasy Bamberg-style smoke in the nose. Medium body, heavy smoke fighting with a massive lactic infection and a solid late bitterness. Another messed up, infected Birkerød beer. 161215

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a dense and lacing off-white head. At first some fruitiness in the nose, but a sour note is lurking. Medium body, sweet malts and fruit, then it gets moldy, sour and bretty before some late bittering hops chimes in. A total wreck of a beer. 161215

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a tiny, rough head. Sweet caramellish aroma, but also greasy, smelly feet. Medium body, hardly any carbonation, caramel, dust and ashes with some late bittering hops. A lactic infection is lurking underneath. Most homebrews are better than this. 161215
