Bottle 50 cl. Pours amber with a slight haze and a small, roughish off-white head. Some star anise in the nose. Medium body, fairly dry with nothing much more than star anise. Bitter finish. Clean at least. 190224

Draught at KØ18. Vanilla aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Small head. Watery flavour. A little woody barrel/vanilla. Thin finish.

Draught. Hazy orangeish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is floral, wheaty, yeasty, rubbery and some earthy notes. Flavour is slightly acidic, with some hay, wheat, citrus and yeasty notes to it.

Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small foamy head. Aroma is spices, yeast, some rubber and mild berryish tones. Flavour is floral, some grains, quite evident yeast along with mild rubbery and some metallic notes.

Draught (VA 2014). Hazy ambery brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, some caramel, liquorice, dried fruits and mild berry and spicy tones. Flavour is spicy, liquorice, some sweet malts, mild alcohol as well as some mild dried fruits, raisins and mild berryish tones. Actually quite drinkable.

Draught. Reddish amber colour with a small white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is honey, some candy sugar, mild sweet malts, bread and some juniper. Flavour is juniper, some sweet malts, mild bread, honey and some quite herbal notes. No flaws in this one, must be quite fresh.

Bottled. Amber beer with a small beige head. Aroma is mild floral, some slight acidic wooden and mild earthy notes with a bit of dusty. Flavour has some smoked notes with quite acidic strong tones and mild lactic and some fruity notes. Something very wrong in this one.

Draught (Efterår 2015). Hazy ambery brown colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet grains, caramel, some slight toasted notes with mild herbs. Flavour is herbs, some floral, mild wooden, resiny and some bready and mild toffeeish notes. Quite thin palate, and also a quite watery feel to it.
