On tap. Cloudy and opaque milky golden with a tiny white head. Intense apple aroma with distinct alcohol. Medium body, intense and dry sweet/tart apple notes with some sulphur. Alcoholic finish. Not bad at all for a first attempt at a cider. 160509

cold at Københavnske Øldage 2009 clear dark amber, no head. port wine and liqueor aroma. sweet malty, liqueur, well blended, liqueur flavor. not much of a beer but a nice dessert wine.

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma was sweet with malty, caramellish and fruity notes. Flavour was sweet and fruity with toasted malt, caramel and mild hops. Finished mild bitter.
