(On tap) Chestnut brown, almost clear, with a small, beige head leaving a pretty lacework. Malty, roasted aroma. Distinct notes of caramel and burned malt. Dry, hoppy finish. 250605

(On tap) Pilsener golden with a small, creamy head. Somewhat odd aroma - reminds me of Hancock beers perhaps? A bit flat. Quite fruity with a solid, bitter finish. Very soft and pleasant pilsener. 250605

(On tap) Yellowish gold and hazy with a very fine, dense creamy head. Distinct aroma of yeast, and yeasty flavour too. Loads of coriander and orange peel. Dry with a rather unusual bitterness in the finish. After writing the above the brewmaster told me, that it has no spices added - hence it’s more of a German Hefe! But he agreed that most people mistaked it for a Belgian Wit. What a strange world it is.... 250605

Draught
Cloudy light blond color. Quite ordinary aroma, with some fruitness. Quite good mix of spices and light citrus. Refreshing.

Draught. OK clove aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Highly carbonated. Harsh bitter aftertaste. Tastes a bit like beer for diabetics.

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] An unclear yellow beer with a disappearing head. The aroma is slightly sour with strong notes of wheat combined with some notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet and very wheaty, while the body is thin.

Butterscotch(!) aroma and flavour. Roasted and slightly sour aftertaste. Dark chestnut brown colour, very little head. Leaves a feeling like rubber on my tongue.

A deep red beer with no head. The aroma is extremely sweet with notes of caramel, straw, and berries. The flavor is of butteracid, berries with a dry woody end. Thanks to Mip for dragging this seldom beer to Copenhagen.
