Subdued aroma, not much hop here. Cloudy yellow, ok foamy head. Yeasty flavor, metallic aftertaste. Lightbodied, not much substance.

sampled from from growler - might have lost some pressure. Extremely spicy nose: Anise, cardemom, a bit smoke. Cloudy brown, low creamy brown head. Sour and bitter flavors on a too thin body. I get some bog myrtle in there, or maybe its infected - hard to tell. Interresting experiment - better luck next year though.

A hazy amber beer with a small white head. The aroma is of butter and diacethyl while the flavor is malty with notes of caramel and butter. And the body is thin.

Draught. Black colour, small tan head. Chocolaty, slightly sour aroma. Chocolate flavour, quite bitter. Not unlike a watered-down standard Danish porter.

Draught. Nice hoppy, malty aroma. Dark brown colour, nice light brown head. Malty bonbon flavour, very slight sour taste. Not much aftertaste.

A hazy orange beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet grassy but also with notes of straw. The flavor is of caremel and straw and is quite dry, but the body is thin.

The aroma is sweet with notes of a herb garden where especially thyme, but there are also notes from the heather, that sourounds the herb garden. The color is a hazy amber and it has a collapsing orange head. The flavor is flat with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, berries, and hops leading up to a dry end, both from the roasted malt and the hops. Unfortunately the body is thin.

A pitch black beer with a nice brown head. The aroma is of butter, licorice, and chocolate while the body is dry and roasted with light notes of butter, but the body is thin.
