On tap at the brewpub. It’s a lightly hazy one, dark amber in colour and with a dense beige head on top. Roasted malts, some toffee and dried figs in the aroma, with some generic fruityness. It’s full bodied, sweet and softly carbonated with dried fruits, toffee and a good dash of roasted malts. Some bitterness too. Long finish with the roasted malts dominating. Not your average bock but sure a fine brew. 160116

On tap at the brewpub. It’s a lightly hazy orange golden beer with a small white head. Peaches, some grass and resins and a spiced touch in the aroma. It’s medium bodied and dry, softly carbonated and with a light bitterness. Dried apricots, grass and a touch of bubblegum and cloves in the flavor. Long weissbier and apricot finish. Quite nice, and refreshing. 160116

100ml on tap at Taphouse, shared by Skinnyviking. Spotty lacing from a faint white head. Cloudy orange coloured body. Aroma of bread an dried fruits. Apricot, orange and bread to the flavour character. Pine needles to the finish. Fine bodied. Likable (Copenhagen 16.11.2015).
