On tap at the brewpub. A hazy dark amber colored beer with a anal beige head. Toffee and caramel borderline butterscotch on the nose, with a light touch of ripe fruits. It has a light bitterness, it's quite dry, and with a nice carbonation level. Rather thin of course. Light roasted malts, toffee and some caramel in the flavor. Lasting finish. Easy drinkable and quite tasteful, but I prefer the low alcohols more hoppy. 180224

200ml, batch 2, draught outside at Søgaards Bryghus. Tight espresso head resting over a jet black body. Clingy lacing on the glass. Indeed, good looking. Inviting aroma of caramel and chocolate. Well blended taste profile of molasses, liquorice, and chocolate backed by dark fruits. Prolonged, warming finish. Smooth in the mouth. Solid sipper. (Aalborg 16.08.2017).
